happiness because of what he accomplished
Feared his teachings would not be appreciated, he feared
violence and hatred
Accomplished leading the first non-violent civil rights
movement, wrote several books and speeches, ended hatred between blacks and
whites
He wanted to stop hatred, violence, and justice
